I'm so excited about Polly's Pumpkin Patch Sew Along. This quilt block collection features all the fun of a breezy fall day visit to a country pumpkin patch. Each appliqué block will reveal a bit more about the farm. There will be lots of happy sunflowers and pumpkins, whimsical farm scenes and a few critter friends along the way... and not to be forgotten, Miss Polly!

Stitching Tips
- The window in this truck was stitched with reverse appliqué, in other words, the window fabric was placed under the truck window opening. You may remember I talked about reverse appliqué last month with the bird house holes. This piece is much larger and much easier to stitch. Again, it's your choice to place the window patch on top or underneath.
- The heart on the door is small, but was easily appliquéd. It would also be cute to include as part of the embroidery, either satin stitched or outline stitched.
- It was fun included a bit of the wood print for the truck bed. What will you truck look like?
